Mummyof5 I'm glad he wasn't upset. I think you said it was a small village school, do they have much experience of any sort of SEN? I hope you get support in the future.

Mumto5 sorry things are not good at home, hope you enjoy tonight and tomorrow.

House looking quite good, I'll do some more tomorrow.

Dropped a bag of stuff at the charity shop and returned something to MrA I'm on a mission to get stuff out of the house.

    Hugs for Mummyof5 and Mumto5

Moos are awake and fed. Think they had about an hour. DS has eaten, DD not really. Both warned no more shenanigans or else. Much calmer here now.

  • Just updating - nothing at all done - been in DG all day and in and out of bed. DH been asked to go for more tissues and now some cough mixture. He's threatening to take me to the Walk in Centre tomorrow!! Going alternately hot and freezing and when I cough just can't get my breath. I was so bad I cancelled my night out with DF from work who is retiring and all my old colleagues last night. Didn't want to risk everyone getting it as some have tiny babies.

Take care all xx Hope to be better by Monday.

Mummyyof5 DS1 has adhd amongst his diagnosis. I went on the majority of his school trips and had to sit in school if he wanted to do after school clubs. It did get better at senior school and he has now managed 3 trips abroad. For DS2 I had to go on all trips until he went to special school. Give me a shout if you need a chat. x

Busy day here but I've managed to do a few odds and ends from my list. Got some stuff still to do:
    • Paid stuff (tomorrow)
    • Invoice bosses
    • Get out for a good walk
    • Do cooking with the kids
    • Poo pick the garden
    • See Pilates DVD to return to teacher on Thurs
Kids really lively but I tell myself it's good they're happy and got lots of energy.

Mumof5 I hope things improve for you; it's horrid when there's conflict like that going on. Big (((Hugs)))

Mummyof5 sounds like you offering to go on trips is a good idea until they can sort out something more permanent for him.

Just the two of us poor you, you really don't sound well. Try to rest as much as you can. Also Jazee, sorry you've been unwell with a headache, good that DH is taking care of you.

Pigpen 2 lovely children you've got there!

Right, best sort these children out ..... have a good evening all x

    Hi all

    Hugs to mummyof5 & mumto5
    GWS vibes to JTTOU

    Today:

Been to Bee & Que - got wallpaper table
Went to dump - decluttered some carp
Went to my mum's dropped something off & picked up the cat food
    Fitted new cat flap
Washed the hallway walls to remove the last bits of wallpaper
Wallpapered a feature wall in the hallway (first time ever I've wallpapered :j )
WM x 2 - one load hung outside & 1 on the indoor line
Bed stripped & remade with fresh linen

Had a lovely bath & 2 glasses of vino

Today has been beautifully sunny here - hope you've all had sunshine. I feel so much better & a bit more energised.

    Goodnight all

    Deco x

    Evening all!

Sounds like a few people need a hug so grab one if you do.

mummyof5 - I don't have much else to add but have loads of experience teaching SEN; you know where I am if you need to talk x

Mumto5 - sorry to hear things are difficult; let's try and catch up soon x

Have had quite a nice day pottering about at home, not really doing anything in particular. I did pull out some of the clutter from under our bed but ended up shoving most of it back again. A lot of it is stuff that we need but dont have anywhere else to store it. It would be nice to get rid of some of it though.

Anyway, I hoovered under there and did a bit of dusting. Oh and I changed our duvet cover which needed doing.

Well done with the wallpapering Deco. I love putting wallpaper on - instant results!

Out tomorrow for quite a bit so not much will get done, then a busy week so it will be minimal flying I think. Off to read my book now, unless I find anything on telly.
