Sorry can't agree. If it's a Speyside Single malt it should be ok. If mine arrive bet 10/12 today I'll let you know when I've tasted it but I'm sure will be good enough for a dram of an evening. (Or quite a few evenings in fact 'cos I've ordered 6 botts.

Great Find! OK. it probably doesn't taste as good as The Macallan but at £5 a bottle!! Anyway if I don't like it I can always give it to OH with Dry Ginger - she won't notice the difference between that and blended whisky - I still can't believe the price - but my order has been accepted.

Well here we go. I've just got my 6 delivered. Girl says there's heaps more in the seasonal aisle at Bridge of Dee Aberdeen. It's only just gone 10 am but in the interests of other MSE's (I make sacrafices) I've just had a wee dram and while it's clearly not a Macallan, it's a decent enough drop of malt. Bottle doesn't reveal the age but confirms it's from Speyside. So I am well pleased and will enjoy it over a period of time. You can't buy a cheap blend at that price and as said above if you must add a mixer (which I certainly won't ) it doesn't matter what you buy or pay

as per usual, no offers on in the local store near me, they NEVER have any of these offers there, i dont know why i keep making the trek.

mind you, i live 3 miles away and they wont deliver to me either.

good deal if you are lucky enough to not have the wolverhampton road in birmingham, branch of asda as your local asda.

Asda left me a message on voicemail this lunchtime. Went along the lines of don't stay in specially tonight to receive your order. We are out of stock, and you wont be getting your delivery.
