8 weeks ?
Wow ! That's quick ! Mine is almost 16 weeks now and so far, only two of seven funds have moved over....0 -
mine has been stalled for nearly 2 months now... and there is almost no feedback coming out of III Towers0

15th week and all 4 tfrs now completed.....but not got £10 for each tfr yet.......arrrghh!0

Both my husband and I had a "Your transfer is in the final stage" message today so hopefully things are on the move. .
Dont get too excited, I have had three of those messages now.
I am awaiting a reply from a private message asking why none of the 'transfer should be complete in three days' statements are factual.
Interestingly, I got a phone call on Friday from II welcoming me to II and asking how I was getting on with the trading account. I pointed out I opened the account in February and was now nearly into my fifth month waiting for my SIPP to transfer from HL. Of course she was full of apologies, but that doesnt help much. I told her I had moved to II hoping to move SIPP and ISA over, but I wont bemoving my ISA now after the experience I have had.
I have an email in to the FOS regarding my position.

I'm on my second 3days to go letter.
I've also had an email from them listing several funds they say are in the process of transfer - none of them are mine!0 -

Yes, I have gone on to have a similar experience.
Two weeks have passed and neither my funds, or my husband's, have appeared in our accounts. I have called II a couple of times and have been told that the "transfer will complete in 3 days" message is an automated message but that there is some manual accounting required to complete the process. There is a massive backlog in this area but the transfer team is currently working through this. "Please bear with us" being the general gist of the conversations.
I just keep reminding myself that the charges we are saving by transferring are substantial, that even the more expensive platforms don't seem to be making a better job of it, and that patience is a virtue. :-)0 -
Well I must be glutton for punishment as I'm about to transfer in another ISA to II. This time it's a cash ISA, so it should go smoothly right? - except with you lot still clogging up the system who knows!0
