I was asked many months ago if I would be willing to help test the beta platform. Since its infancy the beta platform has been a very week proposition. I have sent II a lot of feedback but have received no response nor have they taken any suggestions onboard. With due respect to whoever is developing the new site, it would seem that the software is being done on a tight budget by a team that has little experience with front end system development....0

Why am I not surprised.........it is going to be hell if/when we are forced to adopt it!:eek:0 -
Perhaps they should get the telephone system working first.0

Rather than build their own new system they should have done a deal with trustnetdirect to use theirs. They have a good frontend including xray-analysis of portfolio. As I understand trustnetdirect is based on the II backend systems and admin. (I had been considering moving to trustnetdirect till I discovered this). Unless of course they are making fundamental changes to the whole system, which I'd find very scary given their track record !!!
On a different topic, II say the tax certs will be out by the end of the month. We shall see, but I certainly wont be holding breath, nor terrible optimistic that the first version will be correct.0 -
My final dividend ( due 27 May) arrived today - still trying to sort out the matter of the duplicate tax reclaim...0

Morning All,
A corporate action is ongoing with my AVIVA INV PROPERTY TRUST 2 INC fund. This fund is due to merge into a PAIF fund on 15 July. iii have given me until 7 July to decide 1.would I like to convert my holding of £2,000 into the property authorised investment fund or 2.Let iii convert the holding into a new associated feeder fund.
Is anyone in a similar position or been in a similar position and if so any advice would be greatly received.
Thanks Gary.0 -
