Isn't this just par for the course whatever funds you hold?:)

For example, I have received my Invesco Perpetual Distribution but not my Invesco Perpetual Global Distribution......

Well, what do you know? VGLS100 dividends were paid into my trading account overnight!

Now.... what about the Tax Voucher ;-)

And the rest of my dividends...

I have just come across a letter of complaint I wrote last year concerning duplication of entries, payments in error etc and I find that I could write in almost exactly the same terms this year..... (sigh)

There you go - every cloud has a silver lining, you won't need to compose a new letter but can just copy and paste and change the date and save yourself some time!! :T .......unlike me who is presently in the process of composing a very long and laborious email to Julie Baxter....you can tell I needed a break from this mammoth task!! :D And there was a power cut right in the middle, thank goodness the draft had been saved!!!

If I don't get a satisfactory response it really will be an Ombudsman job this time....everyone's patience runs out eventually, even that of idiots like me!!

I tried some while ago and I could not even log into it, which does not bode well! I sent feedback to them of my views but I don't expect I will be listened to. From what I saw it was the usual scenario of II rushing into things without doing proper research and you can guarantee it is going to be their next fiasco!
