Hi,
from II T&C's
Receipt of money on sale of Investments.
7.6 If you make a sale we will credit your CA immediately. The proceeds from this sale will be made available immediately to re-invest through your Interactive Investor Account. You cannot withdraw such funds until they are available as cleared funds within your CA and there are no outstanding Charges or other fees due in respect of your Interactive Investor Account.
Cash Account or CA means a part of an Interactive Investor Account used to hold cash pending investment.0 -
How are Interactive Investor these days? Have they improved their admin? How long until dividends are received?
Thanks0 -

I remain convinced that Investment Trusts and ETFs are the way forward. That way the world is your oyster.
I can't comment on dividends at II but I've had no further issues with tax reclaims.0 -
My three end July dividends all now received - not too bad at all, really...0

Zero improvement.
My complaint is nearing its first birthday, significant new errors are made, old errors are compounded.

I was going to crack a joke about giving II another try in the AJ Bell thread, but I thought better of it

Though cavendish are percentage based rather than flat fee plus trading costs so not a like for like alternative.
If you're considering iii it would suggest that you hold a larger portfolio, in which case Halifax share dealing might be a more logical alternative.
Dyor as they always say.0
