..but having said that, when i sent them a message last sunday, you would think they'd have been able to respond by now (6 days later):whistle:.

I haven’t received a reply to the message I sent them on Monday either. For a business calling themselves Interactive Investor, I don’t always find them to be very… ‘Interactive!

agreed. it's awful CS. a full week now with no reply.

i know i can find it on here somewhere, but by moving both SIPP and ISA to them the idea was that we would pay £100/y for the SIPP but then there would be no annual fee for the ISA, is that right? i only have just over £20 cash in my SIPP at the moment, but plenty in ISA and £120+ in Trading Account. not sure if i need to top up my ISA cash to avoid a sale of some of my fund units in my SIPP:think:

The cost is £144 per annum (£120 plus VAT) for the SIPP, nothing further for the ISA or trading account, as long as you elected to stay on the old charging system.

I regularly wait weeks for a reply to messages, and I find it ironic that they publish a magazine called 'Inspired'.....they invoke quite the opposite response in me I'm afraid!!!! :rotfl:

It is taken around the anniversary of the date that you opened the SIPP. In theory they should send you a secure message advising you of the date that they are going to take the fee a few days beforehand.

Also in practice. Ten days before via plain old email in my case. Payable from any of trading account, SIPP, or debit card.

i was about to call them, but after 10 days they have replied to me..

"Thank you for your secure message dated 12 March 2016.

Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to your query. Our volume of written contact has been higher than usual, and as a result our response times have been impacted.

First of all, please allow me to advise that no investments would be sold to cover your SIPP Fee. I am sorry if there has been any concern surrounding this. Our Annual SIPP Fee of 120 GBP plus VAT. This amount would be debited from your Trading Account. If your Trading account is fully invested, or there are insufficient funds available, then we will attempt to collect the fee from your SIPP account instead. If there are insufficient funds in both of these accounts we will attempt to collect from your registered debit card.

Aside from your Annual SIPP Fee, you are correct - your ISA Account is completely free of charge.

Should you have any further enquiries, please do not hesitate to get in touch again. Our response time to secure message or email is usually 1 working day, although in times of high volumes we may take up to 5 working days
    . "

so how do you guys best manage this, just ensure that there is £144+ in your Trading Accounts on the anniversary of your SIPP being opened?
