  • I too have my holdings showing a loss of over £200,000 in error.

I despair yet again. It is uncanny that they cannot get anything right.
  • Hi,

oh dear, just had a look at my account, latest conversion showing a loss on conversion of £56,000. :(

For the moment, ( I hardly dare whisper it), all is going well - tax reclaims received today on time and correct.

This is the message I have received from them this morning (£110 commission credit is back on my account!)

'Our Complaints Team have reapplied your Commission Credit. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.'

They could have just done that in the first place.....no apology received from them I hasten to add!

Good news - remember they could have doubled then subtracted it.....:)
  • Is anybody else unable to access the trading history on their SIPP? It has been saying there is a system error for 2 days. IT is supposed to be trying to fix it but it is very annoying when I want to keep an eye on these conversions that are going on!

  • Hi,

in my trading history it now shows my latest deals being bought the day before they are sold, though earlier deals were done on same day. confused0024.gif

So how do they know the value of dirty units and how many new units to buy?

Another secure message off to them, bet it's another 'glitch'.

I have had that happen too, all I do is check the price of both the dirty and clean funds on the day the dirty fund is sold and work out the monetary value of what has been sold and what has been bought. As long as they are of equivalent value to within a pound I am happy. So far all of my clean replacements have been worth slightly more than the holdings they have replaced, amazingly! Don't want to tempt fate however....

Haha I did laugh when I saw your comment about that on facebook!! Just check the monetary values for the conversions yourself using the prices for the 2 funds on the day of conversion. All mine have been ok so far. I hope noone wants to work out their profit and loss at the moment....still can't access my SIPP trading history!
