Why thank you!! Victory dance right here!!
The next one to go is the Virgin card. I've also had this one forever and it's a biggie, over £4.5k. It may take some time but I'm onto it.
Happy day!!

Anyway, my boy cat needs a new litter tray and it needs to be a big one due to his size. I saw one yesterday in a pet shop that looked perfect but cost £30. I'm going to try and find it cheaper elsewhere.

In the spirit of starting to pay off the Virgin card I just logged on and paid £5.
It may not be much but it meant a lot to me to get the ball rolling. It's quite exciting sometimes, all this!
The current balance on it is £4697.28. My DD for this month has left my bank account but not shown up on the card yet, and it doesn't include the £5 I just paid. After interest has been added, the balance will be somewhere around £4652, I think.
Breaking it down into small chunks is a great idea INOD. So, a mini challenge to myself is to get it under £4k by Christmas. Not easy with an MOT in November and Christmas itself but I can try.

I'm sat here trying to resist ducking out to the shop for a bottle of wine, a giant bag of crisps and some humous to dip them in. That would be £6.50 right there.
Maybe I should just do it?If you know you have enough, you're rich.

Too late, I went for the wine, but I did get money off with my student discount card.

Dips chips and wine - my favourite pick me up. But I have been very good since January and if that is what it was costing me every week I must have saved about £156:eek:Be the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi
