I saw this offer in a post office here in Norwich. Not a great account though, especially considering it comes with a maestro card.

Just checked afew of it branches offering PO accounts in Birmingham.

Does anyone know what is the switching requirements e.g. does it have to be DDs or can it work with only SOs?

Can anyone tell me what the specific branches are - google hasnt been kind. East of england and mids isnt really a help.

Dont fancy a wasted trip to the PO.
