Going on to a monthly grocery budget from this month so can you put me down for £300 for April please?
My month runs from the 1st - 1st so will be flitting between here and the march gc until then!;)
Mortgage 12.12.12 £55842 12.12.13 £42716 14.12.14 £28837 13.12.15 £25913
Mortgage OP £50/£600 House Fund £420/£50000 -
Ooop forgot to say baby costs won't be included in our GC - we have loads of baby toiletries/wipes and nappies are a separate budget (we will be buying boxes of 180-200 on 2 boxes for £35 once we know what size she is and we've got through the ones we have atm!)
I'm finding that the most expensive part of our shopping is bf's cereal bars which he has to have for work; a cost I don't mind parting with as it used to be he didn't eat until 3/4pm everyday which is no good when he's training but healthier ones are harder to come by! Thinking of mixing it up for him; cereal bars a couple of days and smoothies a couple of days (fruit from the market is a lot cheaper than the bars!)************************************

Can I play this month again please after getting lost along the way last month but still spending less then I normally do. Can I go for 200 please that's only for food I have decided to make another budget for the baby's milk and nappies due too the fact I can't cut down on this budget. So can I g down for200 I have spent 108 to stock up on monthly basics. Good luck everyoneFebruary GC £261.97/24 NSDS 10/12
march 300/290 NSD 12/6
ARPIL 300/ 238.23 NSD'S 10/30 -
April's GC starts for me on Monday 24th but will only be until 19th as going away on holiday then so month will be a week short so put me down for £200 for the shorter month. Should be doable as overspent by £16 in March but that included most of the meat for April (and probably part of May!).
Won't be able to reach 20 NSDs this month as currently only at 13 so expect 16 as no grocery spending today, tomorrow or Sunday. Think I'll just leave it at 15 again and hope that I can make it even though my month is shorter.
