Quite simple - check them on companies house and if the name is Indian or Pakistani you know it will be dodgy just the same as those phone calls you get from Microsoft or Car crash claim companies - its time for people to say the truth and stop cowering behind the race card!
As an ex police officer i can tell you this is true - they have just been on the recent tv programme on recylcing - FONEHUB LIMITED and most mobile recycling are owned by them and all are dodgy - crash for cash scams - carousel fraud - corner shops selling fraudulent goods you just have to watch any tv consumer program they are all at it due to the culture in their own home countries it is just seen as the way it is done and everyday life in India or Pakistan where stealing electricity or conning is part and parcel of the way it is done out there  - problem is this is the UK we don;t do things that way!
