Ah... another rodent with a long, thin tail... or, in this case, tale.0

I wouldn't use any of them personally. Its a business, who's sole aim is to MAKE money. I would use Ebay, where I can dictate the condition, price and sale. I have a better opportunity of making the maximum amount possible for my nearly new phone.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

marleyboy (total legend)

they go high and then when you send the phone offer low and threaten a redelivery charge if you arent in to sign. All the other companies I have used have been great - Mobilecashmate are unpleasant cowboys0

They offered me £400 for my iphone like several other companies, the phone was mint condition, sent it off and they claimed there were scratches which there weren't, I asked for phone back which they did return promptly which I then sent to another company Envirofone that gave me an agreed £380 with no issues, the price had dropped by £20 due to the delay of mobilecashmate.0

Please do not ignore the bad comments on this company. I did to my detriment. They will never offer you the amount quoted. And you will end up paying for postage. There are companies like music magpie offering same amounts with great customer service. I would like to see a governing body shut companies like this down because it borders on criminal behaviour.0

I sent them an iphone 4 16 gig in perfect condition no scratches at all been kept in a case also. They promised me £103 but once they got the phone they said they will pay only £83 as they claim it has scratches on it not true! Don't use them try enviro phone.
I sent my Samsung Phone which was offered £100 on the website, once i sent my phone they "inspected" it and said "The bezel of your device is scuffed" and offered me £67.13. Which really shocked me as since FIRST USE it has always been in the Hard case protector + screen protector, also i inspected it before sending it and was in perfect condition.

I was going to second the comments here about Mobile Cash Mate as well. Try not to use them.
I sent them my Samsung Galaxy S and they promised good money for it but then I received an email saying that the handset was not in a good condition and they could not offer the amount they had promised.
I didn't mind getting paid less but it is the way they approach the whole situation. Once they had offered the low price, I had the right to remove my offer but then the put a very aggressive time limit on my decision making and if I didn't respond within that they would process the phone and send out a cheque for the reduced amount.
What's with rushing me to get a decision out of me, may be because the deal being offered is in their financial interest and not mine!
I withdrew my phone and ensured I leave my feed back here so other's can choose a better company.
Unfortunately I used the comparison result from MSE and chose them as they had the best offer. As we all trust MSE, it would be natural for one to assume that any companies in their results are ethical too but unfortunately on this occasion Mobile Cash Mate disappointed a lot!
