They post self praising reviews posing as fictitious customers. Some people would call this deceitful. Want proof? Check out the glowing testimonials from 'new posters' who have since disappeared?

They attempt to intimidate you and threaten you if you post a critical review. Some people would call such chumps bullies. Want proof? Have a look at the censored comments here marked with [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM].

Incorrect parts ordered on successive occasions resulted in weeks of delays.

Units fitted incorrectly.

Fitters not arriving on promised dates.

Dreadful customer service in which they carte blanch refused any possibility that Novo Cucine could make a mistake, and all errors are those of the customer.

Don't touch these jokers with a bargepole!

Wish I had come across this site and forum - seems I am having the same problems with Novo Cucina. They have been paid in full but missing items from the original delivery in August 1, 2015 (when the balance of payment was due in full) are still not delivered. I have found their supplier who says they can only deal with trade and wont supply me the missing parts! NC dont answer calls (unless I bar my CLI - but then they hang up on me) and they wont answer emails.
4 months of hassle!!!

Meeting of Creditors called for 17th December 2015. What a surprise! The most useless company ever. Customer care....they never knew the meaning of these words. Need to watch out for where the company pops up again. Note Italia Stone Ltd has same directors. You have been warned.

My name is Dot and I paid Novo for a ktichen and they were supposed to come and fit my kitchen before Christmas 2015 and still now I have no kitchen the the company is bust. I have spoken to Don Burden in person, on the phone and he showed no remorse. I am a frail widow of 75. I am left with no kitchen, no oven, no money to put it right. This con man is walking around and has opened other businesses. I phoned him today and he tried to make out that his partner tucked him up. His partner had a clean bill of health whilst this con man is swanning and people need to watch.

Please check if you need to have a kitchen fitted. I have his phone

The Don person is a charmer, good looking and sauve. But be careful. He is still swanning around now in Tottenham with a new, possibly German company. He has taken all my money for the kitchen but has now declared himself bankrupt and yet opening new businesses elsewhere to continue his carnage. Beware of the good looking man with an Italian wife.. If you part with your money, you will NEVER see it again.
