I think it says it all that they had to complain to get the original posters censored by threatening defamation! I had to particularly laugh when they said it was ruining 'the companies good reputation' (with grammar mistake)

Companies which are more bothered at gagging their customer feedback than actual service are best avoided in my opinion.

I've just had a new kitchen. In my opinion, the product is top class quality. From the initial meeting with the kitchen designer, who was very knowledgeable and helpful with the design, to the survey then on to delivery, to the fitting team. The team were hard working, They made an excellent job and kept my house clean and tidy. I'm happy as well as customers from Recent projects tab on novocucine website

How do you know customers from the Recent projects tab on the website are happy, since there are no testimonials there? Are you another associate of Novo Cucine?

It was really a large job. Finally our new kitchen looks great! Our installer was helpful and we were happy with the end result! The work guys were quiet in the house and tidied up each day. They talked through what they were planning to do each day and got our opinion on things. I'd recommend being present throughout the installation and check each day to see if there is anything you want changed or improved.

Novo are attempting to improve their online reputation, as you can see from this poor attempt to create new users that only post on this thread.

I am currently awaiting my deposit back from them after they took the deposit without a signed contract and then after asked for a refund within 1 day they said I had to wait 28 days.... well its now 29 days and I still haven't received my deposit.

I have all the evidence of their lack of integrity and I am more than happy to share it with anyone who is interested.

I've already spoken with a debt collection agency who are advising me and I have contacted my bank as I should be covered by the visa policy and trading standards.

Well done Novo Cucine ltd, the glowing reviews posted by brand new users to MSE have bumped this thread up the Google search engine yet again


It's an amazing coincidence that every thread created on the interweb about Novo Cucine kitchens aka KITCHEN ITALIA LIMITED suddenly have brand new posters leaping to their defence.


With the total liabilities of Kitchen Italia Ltd at close to half a million pounds :eek: I don't think I'll be handing over a deposit to either of your companies in the near future.


Only four months to go until you have to file you accounts for Novo Cucine Ltd, they should make some interesting reading
