Anyone used Novo Cucine recently

I am new user on this forum but I would like to share my opinion about cooperation with Novo Cucine. Long time I was wondering about the choice of the company which will make my kitchen. I looked for reviews on many reviews webpages. In my opinion the truth is following...There are no perfect company with good reputation. There are always dissatisfied customers. My opinion you can also find negative reviews posted by the competitors. Finally I decided to work with Novo Cucine and fortunately it was a good choice. I am very pleased with the final result. My kitchen looks fantastic with all fitting details, such as joining cabinets, worktops - everything is perfect. Special thanks for the fitter as well as for excellent kitchen designers work. His professional work with design, taking into corrections and technical details was professional. He seemed to have a very good experience. The final design looks fantastic and does not difference between the final effect. I would like to recommend the Novo Cucine company. They proved it was a good choice.

It appears that most of users from this topic want to have the exclusive right to add their comments here. But, this is an open forum and everybody can put review here. I have also right to put my reviews even if they are positive - isn't it? So, please respect it and take care of your business. What you are doing is not taking care of your business, but an attempt to harm the company Novo Cucine. How can you have a claim to the company which is a supplier of genuine kitchens with proven top quality? As I wrote before I'm very happy that I used to Novo Cucine. I came to the Company from recommendation. Point out that most of the complaints have not even had kitchen fitted with the Company. It appears they have a personal reason for posting negative reviews. Are they competitor and "friends"? Respond themselves.

I'm sorry but i simply don't respect your comments if they are false and fraudulent and you're simply a stooge from a company with a reputation for poor service in an attempt to perpetuate a falsehood.

Please don't treat people like idiots - as others have pointed out, the only ones posting such glowing reviews are other users who have registered for this sole purpose, who have since disappeared, and their views read like copy and paste testimonials. Funny that. And the comments you and your buddies don't like, resort to underhanded bullying techniques to threaten complainers into censorship. Pathetic if you ask me.

And what you've said is untrue - most of the negative comments are from people who HAVE had poor experience from NoVo Cucine. Again, a very strange accusation from you unless of course you aren't an impartial unrelated customer.

Even your comment about a '...company which is a supplier of genuine kitchens with proven top quality...' says a lot about who you really are. Busted.

Unsurprisingly a new poster has yet again popped out of the woodwork singing their praises :rotfl:


As I don't appreciate being bullied, I won't allow threats of legal action to curtail my right to share factual information and opinions on the interweb. I'll be adding some more information about Novo Cuisine later in the week when I have some spare time :beer:


Hopefully the information I provide will allow consumers to form their own educated opinion about Novo Cuisine Ltd.

Wow this thread is now showing as the 4th result on Google when searching " novo cucine kitchen reviews " , it's also made it to the first page of most other popular search engines :money:


Here's hoping another few lovers of Novo Cucine kitchens turn up and move this higher up the ratings :j

The MSE administrators would have received a takedown request from the fine folks at Novo, essentially you have to take legal responsibility for your post or the admin will have to pull it as they could then potentially be found liable for libel :eek:

Yep, also received another so called complaint from Novo Cucine.

Maybe the complainer act should act like a man and take the feedback on the chin and, i don't know, work to address customers complaints, rather than cowardly try to bully people into silence.

All companies make mistakes at the end of the day, but most have the good grace to try and rectify. These cowboys at Novo show their true colours into trying to intimidate people. Anyone thinking of using them should take heed!

Likewise, i'm not going to hide away. It's quite amusing that Novo seem to be shooting themselves in generating their own negative publicity.

This company did everything they could to ensure a sale (kitchen installation) and within six weeks the appliances they sold me stopped working. When I asked them to replace them, they refused, then shouted at me because I warned them I would pursue my claim using the Sale of Goods Act. They made numerous false promises in order to delay my claim and did not reply when I wrote to their managing director. Please avoid these people and save yourself a headache!

Careful, these cowboys have been known to bully people into censorship for fear of exposing what theyre really like. Dont give in to these cowards.
