Anybody had any experience of Novo Cucine recently? I believe they were Kitchen Italia last year. The companies seem connected.

They were Kitchen Italia and you have to dig a bit deeper to find out what happened. St Albans has lots of kitchen retailers. [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM]

  • I've dug. I've just found reviews on the review centre... that's all. Wonder if anyone else has anything else to offer about them?

Anyway, I'm in London - the kitchen I buy doesn't have to be from St Albans. It's just the first place we've looked at.
  • Can you elaborate on what the problems were at each stage of the process and why it's still not complete after all this time?
  • Absolutely avoid Novo Cuisine. My dad had the unfortunate experience of ordering a kitchen though them and they messed up on every occassion:
    • they got the plans and designs wrong
    • parts were promised to be delivered by certain dates and they never came despite repeated assurance
    • fitters never completed the job
Even now, we are still waiting for cornices and parts so they can finish.

Honestly, save yourself the grief. They are a complete waste of time and money.
  • hmm.. very strange that two such glowing reviews for Novo Cuisine come from two new registered posters. Especially since the last one looks like one lifted off a testimonial site.

Get an unbiased view and search on google. You'll also find them under Kitchen Italia which was their previous name. After the reviews you'll see why they changed their name.
  • Oh dear, seems like I ruffled some feathers at Novo Cuisine.

Not content with a couple of rashly posted fake testimonials that i suspect have been posted by associates of Novo Cuisine, it appears they have filed a complaint at my post.

Companies and individuals like this would better serve their time improving their customer experience, rather than seeking to censor genuine feedback. You only need to check the internet to see how their service is perceived.

Well they're only bumping themselves up the google search results ;)

Novo Cucine kitchens ltd limited who shares a not only a trading address with KITCHEN ITALIA LIMITED but also has the same company directors

How strange, if you had a successful kitchen company with loads of happy customers and plenty of positive Novo Cucine kitchens reviews why would you ever set up a totally new company selling an identical product from the same premises :o

It also makes you wonder why they would have posts edited from MSE, and come to think of it it does seem rather strange that two brand spanking new posters would suddenly appear praising the company

Anyway best of luck getting this post pulled from the interweb Novo Cucine kitchens ltd :p
