MBNA are offering "his & hers"Accurist watches RRP £110
They look ok from the picture in the flyer.
    call 0800 028 2440 quoting EN2R

Same T&C's as the others in this thread.

I got his "n" hers Sekonda watches from MBNA. Alledgedly £99 rrp, but I think they can be bought for £15 each in Argos. Not that I'm complaining, they do the job and 30 quids worth of watches for nowt is not to be sneezed at.

  • Just to follow up from my post on January 23rd.

I duely received my Accurist his and her watch set from MBNA yesterday. Very nice they are too.

Well worth the effort just to collect the freebie. :)
  • I recently was at Manchester airport and they were promoting the Ryanair card from MBNA. The card had no annual fee and they were giving away a free return flight if you signed up. Has anyone else applied for this or know anything aboput it?

Run by MBNA. If you get one then spend, claim the flight, pay off the balance then do a balance transfer.
  • There are some t&c's to Ryanair flight

it has to be used within a certain period (can't remember if its six months or 1 year)

    Hi
I finally got round to activate my Amex card which i got last september. I questioned as to wether they still have the digi cameras, and was told that they were out of stock. BUT...due to the demand and then the shortage, they are now compensating customers. I am now £100 better off. Should be in within 7-14 days.
Didn't want another digi camera anyway.

    >:( You could have kept this too yourself. I would have much preferred £100 then the digital camera. I didn't receive mine so complained beginning of December. The Indian Call Centre person read off her computer "I will notify the promotions dept. Should be with you in 21 days." My Digital Camera was with me in exactly 21 days. I've used it once in the two and a bit months I've had it.
  • I phoned Amex three weeks ago to complain about not receiving my digital camera (been waiting since last August). As the cameras are no longer available, I was promised a £100 credit into my account within 7 days. This never happened. I phoned again on 5th March and was told that they will make a decision by 10th March about levels of compensation. So I might end up with neither a digi camera nor £100 compensation! I'm most annoyed because I have been using my Amex Card on a regular basis. However, depending on the outcome on 10th March I may decide to cancel my Amex Card and move elsewhere! >:(

I've got a PRINCIPLES store card. I used it at Christmas the store assistant advised me that if the goods were reduced in the sale I could claim the difference in price on the "Price Protection Insurance" which I had never heard of. Sure enough I spent £400 on clothes on 10th Dec, and they all were reduced over Xmas, so I claimed on the insurance and received a credit for £200!(paid back onto my card). Relatively hassle free-just keep your receipts and return with claim form, took approx 3 weeks.
