    Probably. £15k = the solar panels though. It doesnt necessarily have to be expensive.

    At any rate, I notice you dont argue your original point now and thats all I wanted to point out.

    what are you talking about £15K for solar panels...what are these solar panels doing...how are they alone going to make a house carbon neutral

    what point are you on about with regards to my original point?????

    my original point was that housebuilders won't be building as many homes come 2016 because there wont be any profit in it...i still stand by that point
