2nd ready plated chicken dinner today, well it was a poussin actually I spatchcocked for 2 meals, I keep meat and veg separate plates, gravy in a mug, then reheat in micro, although I never reheat the meat.
    Planning this http://realhousemoms.com/loaded-cauliflower-casserole/ for tomorrow.
Do I need it or just want it.
  • That cauli dish looks super, might try it on my days off.
Had a little blip yesterday, if you can call 1/4 of a chocolate egg a little blip! It was only a small one
Back on track today, omelette for lunch and steak, cauli, broccoli for dinner.

We all have blips, as long as you don`t let it sabotage you completely, you have done the right thing going right back to this W.O.E. ,the longer you wait the harder it gets.

Had a few bad days and out to lunch today, 1st May tomorrow, back in with a fixed plan, back to swimming twice a week and yoga class, I feel more committed when putting more effort in, hopefully the weather will warm up and that too helps.

How has May started for everyone?
I've dropped another few pounds and still doing well.

Totally lost my sweet tooth and need for snacking, and that's a good thing! :)

Not too bad, not great either, seemed to eat a lot yesterday, I am much better if I don`t eat before 2pm, but started early with kippers and poached eggs, then had an avocado with slaw, progressed to a pack of pork scratchings, made a sort of fat bomb and ate 2, an egg custard about 7 pm finished it off.

Sounds like its all still low carb though :)

Looks like a pretty healthy day...maybe the egg custard not so much, but you could have had worse :)
