Tomrrows menu is more or less same as today, omelette for brekkie, cheese salad and a small banana for lunch then chicken fried rice for tea, 1 cup of rice between the 4 of us and lots of peppers, onions chicken and peas so low carb.
I have my breakfast at 6.30 and honestly don't feel hungry until 1.30. I have quite a heavy/active job so can't believe how long I can go without having something to eat, if I had porridge or toast I would be hungry by 10!

Egg custard, I make it in a largish deep bowl, glug of cream it does taste nicer, mug of milk, full fat of course, I don`t take milk in drinks so can afford the milk in carb count, squirt of hermesetas liquid, or your prefered option, beat 2 eggs up in mug, whisk into cream milk mix, times can vary in microwaves but I do 12 mins MED or 50% power. I like a soft set so either reduce or add time to your preference.
Thank you for sharing this, I'm going to make this as a treat at the weekend :j

I am having liver today, with onion gravy, calls for cauli and brocc mash which I didn`t bother with yesterday, and probably finish off the cavolo nero.
Going swimming this morning so will call and get some salad stuff whilst out.

Todays planned meal is the chicken kievs I swerved on Tuesday, I really think I am going to cook them and give them to the dog, had them too long, as left languishing in freezer whilst low carbing, dreaded breadcrumbs, I have the ingredients to make some myself, tastier and better.
Given a humungous cucumber yesterday to go with the shop bought one, mine are more like gherkins compared to this. So thinking as day sunny make up a salad, but need to consider meat, I really need to eat meat daily or I get withdrawal symptoms, brain flash, cooked dogs chicken overnight in slow cooker, if she has 2 of the kievs, I can have 2 of her chicken thighs.

Made the Parmesan crisps. Dead easy and very tasty.

Cheese and ham omelette for breakfast. Cold chicken and salad for lunch. BBQ pork steaks, roast peppers etc and green beans for dinner. Yoghurt and berries for pudding/supper.

Feeling very delicate after my car crash yesterday so need to take it very easy.

My favourite (and very lazy) go to LC dinner at the moment is tuna and veg bake.

Tin of tuna. Bag of Morrisons frozen mediterranean veg. Jar of pizza sauce or passata and Italian herbs.

Throw veg in frying pan, add tuna and pizza sauce. Heat through and stir a bit. When hot put into two individual size baking dishes. Top with grated cheese and heat one in the oven until cheese is browning and bubbling.

One is plenty for a meal and I just cover the other with foil and put in fridge to heat up the next day.

Carb count works out about 20g per meal.

Strange day yesterday, early swimming, small shop, I wanted cauli from Aldi as 39p, then the day just disintegrated, somebody stole my bag of compost that`s been laying on the drive for 2 days, my own fault, rolled it out the boot and leant against the wall with the intention of getting the wheelbarrow to take to greenhouse, several lengthy phone calls from family/friends, so my menu plan took a back seat, I ended up with kippers, 2 poached eggs and a toasted Lidl high protein roll.
Today I am having a chicken curry, with cauli rice.
