Oh, that's confusing! And a shame.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks I know it well, it was a council car park last time I was there. And they are probably the landowner still.

You ignore it of course, as I said it will not go to court! It's either roxburghe or debt recovery plus, do a search on here about these useless and powerless companies. Which one is it by the way?

MarkSwansea, any futher updates on your case?
  • Hi all,

Any advice possible would be great.
Firstly and admission - I foolishly ignored a parking fine from LPS after staying for 15 mins in a pub car park without placing a ticket on my dash. Fine came through from LPS for £85 which I thought was extortion for a £1 car park.
However I decided to just pay it (i know i know) only to find now that it has been increased to £160 as it has passed the 28 limit.

Simple question - do I just suck it up and pay...or ride it out?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me
