You ignore it of course, as I said it will not go to court! It's either roxburghe or debt recovery plus, do a search on here about these useless and powerless companies. Which one is it by the way? When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

Hi all,
Any advice possible would be great.
Firstly and admission - I foolishly ignored a parking fine from LPS after staying for 15 mins in a pub car park without placing a ticket on my dash. Fine came through from LPS for £85 which I thought was extortion for a £1 car park.
However I decided to just pay it (i know i know) only to find now that it has been increased to £160 as it has passed the 28 limit.
Simple question - do I just suck it up and pay...or ride it out?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me0
