I have 2 days left before the 28 day period my letter states that i have to pay Parking Charge Notice of £85 to LPS before the fee raises to £110.50 plue further admin costs and im afraid i am non the wiser of what to do!
I have not been able to get in touch with the landowner but have spoken to the local community council who spoke to LPS direct for me but they refused to withdraw the notice!
Please can you advise me what i shall do next as i have appealled directly to LPS and POPLA without success, i have read numerous threads on forum but not sure if my circumstance fits in to any of them??

You don't 'have' to pay anything! They are using intimidation and lies quite effectively with you it seems, you are paying more attention to them than us. We have seen 10s of thousands situations like yours, trust our advice on here , we have no vested interest in you paying them, they do!

Sorry.... No i have only recieved a notice to keeper from LPS which includes detail and scenarios if i dont pay which the 28 days to pay expires in 2 days time!

But i am afraid if i ignore i will have to pay a much larger sum in Court which i cant afford?!0 -
Looking at the FOI request that asked which PPCs had, and how many times, raised small claims court proceedings between 01/10/2012 (when POFA2012 came into force) and 30/09/2013, I do not see any entry for LPS or Local Parking Security.
What does that suggest to you?

If i did get taken to Court would i have a good chance of winning or would i have no chance and be forced to pay a large sum and costs.... just so i know

This is not going to court, and if it does I will come with you as a lay representative, I'm in Swansea so it will not be a problem. But they are not going too come to sunny Swansea (today
) to take you there. You are so concerned about court, yet this lot have never been there, and the proof is the foi request that indicates just that.

If you've only received a NTK why don't you simply submit the appeal template in the NEWBIES thread, like everyone else with a NTK does?
