Just googled and gound this, hope it helps
Leasehold: Method of owning property (usually a flat) for a fixed term but not the land on which it stands. Possession of the property will be subject to the payment of an annual ground rent. When the lease expires, ownership of the property reverts back to the freeholder. Nearly all flats in London are leasehold.
Freehold: Outright ownership of the property and land on which it stands. A freehold estate in land (as opposed to a leasehold) is where the owner of the land has no time limit to his period of ownership.Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -
I am cosy and going to open my fizz in a bit. Was too stuffed after my lovely afternoon meal of baked camembert, duck leg and chocolate fondant dessert.
I drove so Mr TS could have a beer. So it's my turn this evening.

Hi thanks bubbs, did look on google but did'nt really understand it, but it does look like it means property is owned without a morgage thanks0 -
Does anyone on here have an ASDA delivery pass? Is it just me, or does the free delivery not work when you pay by eVouchers? It seems to think you've not made the £50 spend threshold.
Happened to me I ordered just over £40 used about £10 worth of evouchers and they charged £3 or so delivery as had only spent £30. Decided to just suck it up and get my £3 back of them another day :rotfl:When The Fun Stops Stop0 -
I nearly said to her oh you do orchard then?:rotfl::rotfl: i dont do it, do you have to write about it on f/book?
You don't have to bubbs, I haven't written anything on facebook yet, I didn't link my account to start with, but accidentally did when I did not really want to.
But I got a good score just doing the other things it asked.0
