    thanks CK, i have his address from rated people, his name, his number, i just do not want to go to court to get money back, i think this address may be false, i tried looking up to see who lives at this address but have to pay for everything, or go to local council to make an appoint men t to view electoral role, but I'm not able to go 30 miles away, i just can't let 200 go, i just was scammed but u can't report him to police, any other websites thst are free please, thank u

    You can go to the library too view the full electoral roll for free. There are two towns within 5mi of me with a copy.

    If not, 192.com will be the cheapest way, as it costs approx. £3.

    Should you have to fight it in court, you will also be entitled for free (or reduced) fees due to being on ESA (as long as it's income-based), so please don't worry yet.

    hi thank u again, i went to my local library and they said u have to go to the council of the place that i need, will try again tomo at the library if anyone else knows of some good websites u could use i would.really appreciate it very much thanks

    It may be required in some cases, depending on area.

    hi my council office is 45 mins away i can get there ok, but won't they just have my borough details, as the plumbers is in a different borough and county, thanks

    Where is he based?

    If he's in my district, I'll go and do it for you at some point this week (borough I'm assuming is London). If not, you're looking at the likes of 192.com to do it for you.

    I generally end up in the council offices 4-5 times a week, so it's no problem.
