Runmichellerun - yay for team pink!! Good advice about writing down questions for the MW, I have quite a few already so hope she isn't going to rush me out the door!

Toooldforthis - I still get cramp pains, its on my list of questions for the MW. Also get a pain when I sneeze or roll over! My appointment is also on Thurs...we can compare notes!! Really hope mine does check the HB - that was the bit I was hoping for as my paranoia is kicking in too about whether everything is ok.

freshstart11 and Toooldforthis - it's my 16 week appt tomorrow too. I've been looking forward to it. It's only the second time I've seen my midwife. I'm hoping baby is ok, and we can hear baby's heartbeat. I have a few questions to ask, but I guess it's really just a milestone that puts me that much nearer to my 20 week scan, for which I have to wait until end of July for a date.

Just done first full 8.5hr day back at work not sure am that keen hip n thigh still hurt n half pk of apricots was not a good idea mid afternoon now have stomach cramps.

Looking forward to scan tomorrow morning though

I think this is quite common, I have felt this a lot myself - google round ligament pain but it's also probably growing pains and your muscles/etc.. getting softer and making room. I wake up in the middle of the night when I've obviously turned over in my sleep in absolute agony and it takes a few minutes for this to pass. I wouldn't worry too much unless accompanied by bleeding, horrific cramping and back ache etc.. (so I've been told by specialists and midwifes) but of course if you're worried just speak to your midwife. Hope you feel better soon!

Just delurking, I don't think it has to be the first one of the day. I've found when my samples were the first of the day they always showed positive for ketones as I hadn't eaten.
