Yea I have a bit of a short fuse lol glad I'm not the only one. I'm struggling to be honest. You say when you were on clomid are you no longer on them if not what's the next step
I did 7 months on Clomid last year as well Jazz but with no luck sadly. We had an appointment at the end of doing Clomid where they referred us to the consultant for IVF. That was October last year and we had our first IVF appointment just before Christmas.
Our clinic doesn't have a waiting list so at that December appointment I was given a timetable for treatment, lots of drugs and about 2 hours of talking and explaining everything.
Lots of clinics operate differently though, there might be a waiting list or an evening induction-style session before starting treatment.
Fingers crossed you won't need all that info though! xx0 -
Hehe... ladies, I love you all!
Am supposed to be meeting a friend and her beautiful newborn son and gorgeous 3yr old daughter tomorrow (if she ever texts me back). Then we're off to a first birthday party on sunday. I will go to my happy t-rex place to keep me sane!!
If anyone's on the internet with too much time on their hands and needs cheering up, I recommend cats in boxes and cats sleeping in awkward positions. Plus of course, the good old classic... kitlers
There is always the good old fall back of cats can be jerks and cat dressed as shark chases duckling on a roomba. And of course dog shaming. :rotfl:
CD1 for me. Not sure whether to be pleased or annoyed as we go on holiday on Sunday. Also not looking forward to leaving the dog behind. Last time I cried my eyes out.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
Never going to watch Jurassic Park in the same way again...0

I only took it for three months. Refused to take it any longer as they're not supposed to prescribe it for unexplained infertility (it helps you ovulate and I already was!).
That was last summer. We then moved on to waiting for NHS IVF (in our area you have to try for three years before you get it if unexplained but lots of areas are two years) and have just finished our first attempt (will know if it worked the week after next).
We've been trying for three years, no BFPs in that time.0 -
I've got an appointment in November to talk about ovarian drilling. The only reason I no and been treated so quickly is because my family have had a lot of issues and my doc thought was best to get tested.0

My gawd I think you lot have gone mad.
Just popped on here to keep the list updated, I am still around but am so busy with work haven't been keeping up with things. Haven't progressed at all appointment wise, was meant to have appointment last month for lap and dye, but they hadn't made the referral in time (yes a month after the last appointment), so tried again and they have only gone and lost the referral. Have lost all faith in the hospital at all now, its made my relationship suffer now. They are a complete shambles.
Been told to ring again when my cycle starts again, we are not long off hitting a year since this all started and we don't have any answers at all really.Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0 -

Haha I get you don't worry. Just had to take a step back from everything for a bit as a lot of things have gone pear shape recently. But ready and raring to go, that is if the hospital can actually bothered to get off their backsides and make a referral. The stupid thing is they are the ones that commented last time how long the process is and how they would do everything to shorten it after they lost the results earlier this year, and then they lose the referral.Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0 -
