I have been v stupid this evening ladies...went to my sister's and knew I'd be there when I need to use cyclogest. Thought I was being organised by putting one in my pocket. Didn't even occur to me that they work by melting! By the time I opened it it was v mushy...am such a muppet lol. Tried to use it anyway but not sure it was too successful. Fortunately I've still got some 200mg left from last time (am on 400 at mo) so used one of those too when I got home.

Oh no tea! Best laid plans eh?! I've sorted my cyclogest into little pocket sized tins from Paperchase as I realised that in order to stick to the every 12 hours rule, I am going to have to have it with me a few days. I can fit 2 days worth into a tin so means I can be a bit more discreet about it

I feel absolutely shattered atm, all I want to do is conk out is that normal?! How are you feeling tea?
