Thanks all. :) Feeling less panicked today, and I have read that the NHS are so hot on breast cancer that any lumps or reported changes to GPs get referred. GP seemed to think I'd get an appt through within the next couple of weeks.

isla_red - your OH sounds like mine. He *hates* injections and could barely watch when I had a go at the jabs on the foam thingy at the clinic!

PM - gentle hugs and hope the painkillers do their thing. x

    Hello ladies,

How are we all doing, had a quick read over, pink, its good that they are so quick to refer, then you can get it looked at and fight off the niggles, chances are its nothing to worry about :)

Sorry to hear about the pain PM, they stick all sorts of things on packets just in case these days.

I'm still bleeding here, so I guess it was a 14 day cycle, joy! TMI but blood has been VERY light and very dark, weird. Breasts are very sore too, I nearly screamed with the cat walked over me this morning, tiny little paw right on my nipple, and there was a duvet in between!

BTW, has anyone else noticed that since starting to TTC, every single bl&&dy time you go to the GP, there's mums with young babies in the waiting room that everyone's cooing over!

Pink teapot - it's not just the GP, it's bl**dy everywhere! Glad you're feeling a bit calmer today, and have everything crossed for you that you get seen quickly and have you mind put at ease xx.

Scan this morning went well :) my ovaries are behaving! Well, my right ovary more so (but I knew that, it hurts!). Quite a few follicles on each so am really chuffed. Had convinved myself there'd be nothing at all happening in there. Got another scan on friday and she mentioned EC could be monday - eek! She said if not monday she's sure it would be wednesday. Tbh wed works out a lot better for me workwise but obviously will take what I can get.

Am still only on 150mg menopur so it all seems to be going better than last time.

:T to your ovaries for behaving! :D

    AFM...

Oh, TMI moment... We're around mid-cycle so a week of DTD in the teapot household. Got four cycles (including this one) before IVF. Four last chances to avoid it!

My booby changes that are being checked out happened straight after three months on Clomid, so I'll be asking the breast specialist if it's related and what changes I can expect on IVF drugs.
  • Isla, PM - I can testify to the progesterone wrecking your skin, I've never really had clear skin anyway but the drugs make it even worse! xx

Yay LA on being PUPO but boo to all the crappiness of ET day! xx

Pink - I'm sure it'll be okay, like everyone's said, it's probably harmless. xx

Floaty - yay for the weight loss! :j xx

cwtw - and yay for ovulation! :j xx

goodvibes - If I'm remembering right, it's EC today? Good luck if it is, take care and let us know how it all goes! xx

    Hugs to all xxx

FP - next time you update the above, mine will be a long protocol IVF in July.

I'll be having a day 21 two days after we get back from holiday so I was hoping to do it then, but the clinic said I have to phone on the first CD1 after our break.

    Done :)

That's great news (well, not great news but you know what I mean :p ). I found it much easier to deal with once we had a date to focus on. xx

Thanks! My cycle is almost perfectly regular (always 24 or 25 days). I know that it means that the Big Day 21 will be approx 17th July!

Because we're unexplained infertility, I'm focusing on the date in a different way to everyone else... Desperately hoping to beat it by getting upduffed beforehand and avoiding all the injections and EC procedure! Four cycles and counting... :D
