Congratulations Lotti, hoping you get a lovely dark line this morning!
Hope everyone had a lovely weekend in the sunshine? I was at a wedding on Saturday and spent yesterday pottering in the garden, have bought some new plants which I am hoping to keep alive! My track record in this area is not great!

Congrats Lotti- hope the line was darker this morning.
Hugs for cd1 shrimpy.
Im back from the Drs. My last blood test came back that my hormones all look ok, but as I have never been regular (pre pill) and am still not regular he is sending me for a scan and more blood tests, so hopefully that will be in about 4 weeks time (results a couple of weeks after that). He said that will tie in with it getting to a year of us ttc, so at least if I do get referred I've had some of the tests already. I am glad he took me seriously and didn't just tell me to wait for a few more months.0 -

Drove to the shop and back after another light pink positive this morning before work, bought a clear blue digital and it came up as pregnant 2-3 weeks, very excited but a little surreal at the moment.Planning to be debt free by 11/20. MFW Jan 2028 - [STRIKE]86700[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]83057.20[/STRIKE]

Just lurking on this thread and posting once of twice with daft questions
Starting to understand the abbreviations and wording thats used. Only started to positively "try" this month. So am excited and anxious as most of you ladies are Im sure. Was just wondering what you do in the two week wait for the time of the month? Do you carry on as you would have or avoid gooey cheese ,prawns wine etc??
We are going on holiday and I am due when we are away but (and im aware I sound selfish!!) we are going away all inc and I dont want to miss out! If time of the month was before we went, I would obviously abstain but as its bang in the middle and my parents are away with us, I think I should act as I would normally? As I might not even fall this month as we have just started trying? Argg what to do!!!0 -

Congrats Lottie, great news
Sedment - I am only a newbie too, but I think I'd carry on as normal as much as possible, probably not going ott with alcohol etc but you can't put life on hold!
For me, FF tells me I'm 3DPO which fits in with what I was expecting but my temps have been a bit haywire all month so I'm not 100% at all.
First month "trying" has been hard. Husband and I both want a baby so much now, but we have both felt a lot of pressure - me getting the dates to BD right and him being able to do the deed on demand!! Neither of us realised how emotional it could be esp since we are only on month 1. We are hoping to be able to relax a bit as the months (presumably) go on...0 -

I would just carry on as normal but with moderation, i.e. don't get outrageously drunk, but IMO there is nothing wrong with one glass of wine (I'm sure others will disagree with me here) - I haven't changed my diet drastically since TTC apart from reducing what I eat to lose weight.
Hope everyone is having a better month than me, I have been horrendously stressed/tired. On the plus side, the "taking charge of your fertility" book came and it is amazing, I have started to chart etc too.0 -
** de-lurking **
Sedment I would carry on as normal. I booked in for a tattoo on the Tuesday and on the Sunday found out I was pregnant. Maybe carry on as you normally would but with a bit of restraint like Sulphate says.
Good luck ladies xxx
