Hi
We're trying to sell our house, it's been on the market for 2months and it's not had any viewings, I know it's a poor time of year, bit would still appreciate opinions to see if there's anything we could improve on?
Here it is on RM

I think we might have overpriced it, but we got the same price from different agents so went with it.
Thanks
Dont advertise it as Kells.... It's a known notorious area locally.0 -
Ok
if you want to 'soften it - you need:
Lounge photos need 'putting together' so they are in order on teh
listing, - you need to put a 'patterned cusion on the chair, and have the plainer ones on the 3 seater - I'd also move the 'cat/dog' bed
'white' towels in the bathroom - no bath mat on the bath - bathroom pictures should be together too - is the shower in the same room as the bath?
Kitchen is good (except for the white sink.. ) 2 pictures surfice - and not the same one twice - again the pictures should be ordered together
Green bedroom - is that a wardrobe hiding under teh cream sheet - neaten the edges or angle the pciture so you can't see the wardrobe? Replace the blue striped duvet cover it doesn't go, the - lime runner- does not go with the green walls either .. declutter the book case.. maybe a white orchid would soften it?
Cream bedroom - highlights how near to the road you are I'd loose that picture - the second one is MUCH better .. it looks like a large room.. again invest in some 'plain bedding'.. I think the 'lime runner might look better in here.. again you need a 'picture' on teh chimney breast maybe something 'black and white?
Garden picture makes the house look naff.. take one of the garden or miss it out!
Hope that helps?!
(all that said, I'm being picky - no viewings either means your estate agents are being uselss - have you had a friend try and book a viewing to see if they recomend your property.. are easy to deal with .. of its overpriced... which I did point out earlier it might be?!)
ETA = Floor plan (with sizes on..) its the only way!0
