act of god?
Wondering if i could get some help understanding this a little bit better. On my way home from work i was involved in a crash, bassically i was stationary at a junction waiting to turn right when a mitsubishi l200 was coming from my right swerved into the junction and hit my car this is were it gets weird. Just before the crash i "blacked out" and my insurance are claiming this is an act of god due to some high court ruling but they are going to pay me out just dispute anything with this information in regards to any third party claim. Now what im wondering how does this affect me in the future? Do i lose my no claims? What do i say when it comes to me buying insurance in the future?
Also no airbags went off in the car at all i omly had the car two weeks can i make some sort of complaint about this? Maybe compensation?
Sorry if i havent been very thorough any questions ill happily answer
Thanks in advance

See a doctor... It isn't normal to 'black out'. Should you even be driving? You could be a danger to other road users.:hello:0 -
I have no medical history of blacking out so this was the first time anything like this has happened hospital werent particulary concerned about it but i am going to the doctors0

Happened to a friend of mind. He blacked out when he was a passenger in a car with three others.
Saw a doctor, discovered he had a viral infection and was laid low for a week. Was not able to drive for a month.
Had to have a letter from his doc to say he was ok to drive.0 -

You should not be driving until you know the reason for the blackout. You could black out again doing 70 in the middle lane - risk your own life but don't risk the rest of us as well!:hello:0 -
Presumably, you are unhurt?0

Please don't drive until told it's safe to do so by a doctor. :eek:Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

Compensation for what?
Airbag deployment is dependant on a number of factors, force of the impact, angle and place the vehicle was struck.0
