Just had Partners Result through from adjudicator -
Success in part!
Penalty free backdated cancellation
£25 compensation instead of the £100
Was only with the adjudicator for 3 days!
Adjudicator was Clive Sanders and contact was Orange post 2012
Just got to wait for mine now!
I'm still waiting for mine! My adjudicator was selected on the 4th April so it is a case of playing the waiting game! I'm not good at it!Car Debt at 0% - 5304
Loan at 9.5% - 3744
Natwest Overdraft - 750
Credit Card - 5100
Total Debt - £148980 -
Their template email does not come across as heavy handed as RC it reads more like a plea to revert the changes0 -

What's the next step????
You have 6 weeks to notify CISAS that you accept their decision. I can't see any reason to rush that as they (EE) will have to refund any amounts you pay in the meantime0 -
You can add me to the winner list on one of my contracts, still waiting the outcome from the other.
Was awarded £100 compensation and pac code, plus backdated to feb.
I used RC's template, to the letter.
The first one is Orange post October 2012
Call me paranoid, but would rather not name the adjudicator until I receive the outcome of the other contract.0 -
A super rsult for all you with complaints being upheld. However, what a pity that RC has done all this work when Ofcom are the ones who should be doing this.
Just shows what little point there is to these so called people who are meant to stick up for the consumer.
Hopefully I'll be getting some good news tomorrow, that is when EE have to put their words in to counter my complaint. I'm hoping now that with all these wins coming in EE won't waste their time with it, or mine for that matter.
Super work RC, we all owe you.0 -
I would genuinely like to send RC a bottle of bubbly, such a small amount compared to the ££££'s I'll be saving!
Still awaiting ee's response for my claim, was due yesterday, phoned cisas and they said could be up to 5 days till they forward it to me! Guess we've made them a bit busy!0 -
Filed another CISAS claim (now using correct template) to see if I win the pre-October case this time round. Will remember to to reply to EE's defence this time!
Shout out to RC, thanks for all the help.0 -
Clive Saunders also awarded only £25 to 23six! Anyone who gets this guy will not get all their compensation.0

Put two claims in yesterday, originally rejected the terms change back in Feb and had the fun and games of EE.
One question, should I wait for the case to conclude or can I request my PACs and it have no effect on the case? (First requested in Feb but denied by EE)
Obviously thanks to RandomCurve if the case fails it will 99% win at SCC.
Thanks
Thanks for joining in.
Don't request PACs until you receive the result. When you do get the result you have 6 weeks to accept the decision so I would wait another four weeks before accepting (unless you are in rush) EE will the have 4 weeks to comply (they will probably use the whole 4 weeks) so you can get another 2 months FREE use of the phone - hello Australia!!!!0 -
Mine was too! My initial request was sent on 10th February, so 14 days notice goes to 24th February. Based on this my contract was only worth around £270 + VAT.
I think the reason EE are playing things out this way is in the hope people will give up....
Let's assume there are ten people who ask for cancellation and all have contracts worth £300.
Of those only 30% take it further to CISAS and assume all are successful and awarded £100 compensation.
If EE had cancelled straight away the cost would have been £3,000.
By refusing their cost is a total of £2,100 which is a 30% saving... But remember not all CISAS cases will be successfull, and not everyone will get compensation.
I think the only way EE change their stance is if it starts costing them more, so more than 30% of people need to start taking their complaints to CISAS.
They will do the same thing with the price rise - they are master at it.0
