I would stick them in the slow cooker with water and seasoning to make chicken stock. shred the meat off the cooked wings and add back for a chicken soup base.

Oooor, you could make sticky chicken wings with a soy and honey mix marinade?
  • already made soup with some.

the sticky wings sound nice! does the marinade go on the raw chicken or towards the end of cooking please?

  • Marinade. I use natural yogurt, with termeric, corriander, masala and chilli, sploosh of lemon. Brew on the table for 8 hours. You will not die if it no in the fridge.

    Grill untill cooked.

Add wobbleades as necessary to eat with.
  • Marinade with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, golden syrup, splash of brandy overnight.

  • Honey chilli chicken wings:
    Ingredients
    1kg chicken wings
    One onion
1tsp dried chilli flakes ( or 2 fresh chopped red chillis)
    2 tbsp soy sauce
30 g sugar ( you can substitute a couple of tbsp granulated sweetener it doesnt affect the taste)
    oil tbsp or so.

    Oven on 200 degrees
Chop onion in half, the quarter each half.
Mix sugar ( or sweetener) with soy sauce.
Add oil to frying pan, heat until really high (smoking)
Add chicken and brown stirring for 4 mins
    Add chilli
When you can't breathe add onion keep stirring for about 1 minute
Pour over sugar and soy mix.
    Stir well, turn off heat
    Leave for a minute.
Tip into oven dish and bake for 20 mins.
    Stir after ten mins.

Marinate it (raw) in some reggie-reggie sauce (89p/ bootle from B&M)or Nando's rub (39p from B&M) and bake it in a hot oven- nice & crispy 'buffalo wings'. You can also use the reggie-reggie sauce as a dipping sauce with your Nando's chicken wings. Nom-nom...

I love them coated in spicy flour and then deep fried, it is like having a takeaway treat.
