I would marinate and oven cook them in a hot oven. You could easily either grill or fry them though.

They make good soup and casserole too. :)

    Hi annie,

I agree with MissKay, they're best cooked in the oven at about 180 degrees. I usually coat them in a barbeque type sauce (sugar, vinegar, mustard, worcester sauce, and ketchup all mixed up together).

I got a pack of 8 for 50p at sainsburys. DD says she has them when she goes to nandos with friends but cant tell me whats done to them there.

Never been there so, what can I do with them?
She would be the only one eating them. DH won't eat them and I'm a veggie.

Buy a bottle of Nandos peri peri sauce from Sainsburys, marinade them and roast until cooked.
Don't buy the very hot sauce or she'll catch fire.

I also squeeze some lemon juice over them before I cook them.

Marinade them in a paste of crushed ginger/garlic and green chillies with a little salt and black pepper.

Roll them in a little beaten egg and cover with either spicy southern fried chicken coating or breadcrumbs and fry them

Serve them with a yoghurt/mint chutney or mango salsa

I make my marindae with honey and smoked paprika for the BBQ taste.

Bung them in a roasting tray, pur over the marinade and leave for as long as I have (10 mins to a few hours) and then bake in oven for about half an hour.

Lovely and sticky and serve with homemade potato wedges and salad.
