Whatever address is given on the NTK when it arrives next month, is the address to use as keeper, to reply.
Just use a strong appeal then, like in post #17 above (or mix it with the one you found on another thread). It really doesn't matter - this is nothing to worry about and easy to win at POPLA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello guys, I have got my ntk now and I'm just doing my appeal letter. Can anyone provide me with the exact wording ukpc use in their delaying letter asking to provide receipts?
thanks.0 -
Don't worry about that, just say at the bottom of the letter that you have nothing further to add, and this is your final position on the matter. And if you do have receipts enclose photocopies of them. Finally send everything with a free proof of postage from the post office, don't send recordedWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. Hi guys, today I received a final reminder notice giving me 14 days to pay up etc. This probably crossed in the post with my first soft appeal letter. Do I need to do anything?0
-
the PPC have 14 days to acknowledge your soft appeal and 35 days to respond , so nothing to do at the moment and its probably an automatic reminder0

Hi guys
I have tried to read the other threads and forums and am beginning to panic.
I parked at the Moorgate on 25th of Jan and after nipping across the road for an hour I returned to find the "left site" fine on my windshield.
We did honestly intend to go into the shops on site but got worried and left immediately.
There was no signage that I could see stating about leaving site.
I unfortunately chose the ignore tactic as I read out of date advice and have now just received the debt recovery plus letter after the others.
As this is past the appeal period what should i do?
regards

Great news guys, got a letter today, ukpc have cancelled my ticket, no delaying letter just a straight cancel. Happy days! Thanks to everyone who gave advice.0

Well if you sent Coupon Mad's letter they would know who the original author was and that you were up to speed on the dodginess of their tickets. They realise that they have zero chance of winning at POPLA so have just cut their losses.

It's not very charitable for them to have UKPC bashing people with unenforceable charges for nipping off site. I've noticed the UKPC lot are hunting in a pack 3 lately - must be a rich seam they've tapped into since addin g the'leaving site' element to the signs.0
