Your lawn needs sorting out.
The last picture would guarantee I wouldn't view even if everything else was spot on.
Declutter surfaces and shower.
Put the table so it can be used, and dress it maybe.
Pic 9 - make the bed properly at the end or get the photo taken differently.
Get first pic to be of house showing some garden in front of it.0 -
It looks lovely! However, I would say:
The family bathroom pic makes it look smaller than the ensuite
I can only see 3 bedrooms?
The dining room needs to be shown better
Agree with the comment that you need only 2 chairs on the kitchen table, but as this looks onto the front, it also looks a little non-private (not sure that is a word)
I would like to see the rear of the house from the garden
Where is the 3rd Reception Room?
I would like a pic of the garage please
Good luck - it looks great!!0 -
Would like to see pictures off all the rooms.
No pictures of the other bedroom, reception rooms, utility and garage. Where for instance is your washing machine?
What is the black blob on the floor by the bath?
I would move all the shampoo etc as looks as if no storage.
Would lose the leather chairs in the kitchen and clear the worktop of clutter.
Please make the beds properly, why people leave them creased for a photo in this digital age I will never understand.
You don't appear to have any wardrobes? I appreciate you will probably be taking them but I like to see what sort if size fits into the room.
You need to sell a lifestyle.0 -
Appreciate the comments and will address photos. The black blob on the floor by the bath is the door stop. Not sure how to hide that, other than changing the angle of the photo.Would like to see pictures off all the rooms.

I've not used these forums before today and appreciate I am new, however I do feel that the comments on my bed making skills are a little personal. I fully appreciate the sentiment, however not the tone. I will certainly address the photographs of the bedrooms.0 -
I think it looks lovely.
Though the first pic might put me off as some others have said, just because it looks near the road. So I'd lose that picture and have your best one as the first one.0 -
I love it.
If it was in my area for that price I would snap your hand off.
I think you just have to be patient. The houses on my estate take a long time to sell.0 -
What a lovely house, but the first outside picture of the house doesn't do it justice. It looks crammed in and I get the impression that there are loads of other houses and flats all adjoined to yours. I'd get the EA to take an initial pic of the front door side of the house, then have the side pic that is currently the first pic. I love the interior, hope you get some viewing soon OP.0

Same here! I think it looks lovely and I can't believe you've not had any interest in it!0 -
Back to the original q...
You have an agent who is on rightmove and zoopla.
What is adding a second, online agent going to add to this situation, other than a load of additional cost?0
