Have you established a WiFi connection to the device or are you using your usual home Internet connection?1. Make sure your Huawei E5332 Mobile WiFi / MiFi is fully charged.
2. Just insert a non acceptable Network sim on your Huawei E5332 Mobile WiFi / MiFi SIM card into the device. (You have to use another network provider sim, which is currently locked to i.e Not T-Mobile).
3. After changing the another network providers sim on your Huawei WiFi / MiFi switch the device on. It will display “Invalid SIM” because you have used another network providers sim.
4. Now just establish a WiFi connection to Huawei E5332 Mobile WiFi / MiFi Router with your PC / IPAD / IPHONE / Android Device.
5. Connect your Huawei E5332 Mobile WiFi /MiFi Router with PC and got to http://192.168.1.1 or http://pocket.wifi and login to your device’s dashboard at http://192.168.1.1 or http://pocket.wifi. Go to Advanced Settings – SIM Settings - Unlock Device – Enter Unlock Code – Click on Apply.
or
Open your Settings – Dial-up – Unlock SIM card – Enter 8 digits unlock code in your Huawei E5332 Mobile WiFi / MiFi router. Click OK and the device will reboot to display the new network.0 -

Disconnect from your home Internet. You are just using the MiFi device.0 -
My limited computer knowledge is starting to show
I've inserted the device now and it's directed me to T-Mobile website, I've opened up another webage and entered the IP address, as quoted by the ebay seller, I'm now on 3g webpage, but I can't see anywhere to enter the unlock code, neither can I see advanced tab.I'm hopeless with technology, in addition, I suffer with MH issues, what may appear simple, I struggle with, may I ask, please be patient, thank you0 -

Does that mean that you have placed the T-Mobile SIM inside the device?
It's less about a limited computer knowledge. It's more about following the instructions.0 -
