Mealy? We all know where they're coming from. If it makes you feel any better, I work for Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, not LightRabbit. Glad we cleared that up.0

Just tried a test delivery on a single bulb ( http://www.lightrabbit.co.uk/new-lightwell-luxtm-4-watt-gu10-led-bulb.html )
UK address selected, and states free delivery until you've started checkout, at which point it applys a £2.49 delivery charge.
Oddly if you empty your basket and start again the delivery charge is still there.
I'm inclined to think it's an idiot web designer who hasn't gone looking for free delivery text embedded in images when they changed the qualifying level- If you look at the site, every reference to free delivery is in an image rather than in text.0 -
Top customer service.
So, you tried and there was no delivery charge. Someone else didn't try, but has gone to the bother of rating them as having poor customer service.
These "rating" websites aren't that good if they allow people who haven't even contacted the company or placed an order to rate them as bad, but it doesn't surprise me that some on here are more interested in seeing businesses close than in finding out the truth.
It's a shame that liars and fraudsters on here can spread false information and get away without being challenged.1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?0 -
Sorry new posters, but if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck... I just tried with the first bulb I found in stock:
Product Qty Subtotal *New* - Lightwell LUX™ - 4 Watt GU10 LED Bulb 1 £5.99 Subtotal £5.99 Shipping £2.49 Grand total £8.480 -
It's certainly strange, one item I added total £8.29 said 0.00 for delivery when I went to the basket.
2 other separate orders for items under £5 both had £2.49 added to them.
So it's a case of only certain items are free delivery or the threshold for free delivery is lower than £35 but higher than £5 or the website has issues and it is adding delivery where it shouldn't or they are lying and it is not free delivery on everything.
I hope that clears it up0 -

I think that they must also employ idiot proof readers as well.Warrenty Further information can be obtained on our warrenty page.
