PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. Wow! What a thread!
Despite the fact that hidden within it are some interesting legal issues, I'm not getting involved.0 -
G_M, I agree with you. I do not have the necessary expertise to comment on the original topic, but cannot believe the abuse meted out by someone who appears to have the means to pay for legal advice, but who chooses to ask strangers on an Internet forum about legal matters and then complain when he does not like the replies.
Yes, I am English. No I am not a chav. People in glass houses should consider where their missiles are being aimed.0 -
"And missus will take care of small bits" (post 66) LOL, I bet she will :-) and I bet they are really, really small!0

Erm.....
I am happy with responses. Do re-read the thread. It's insults that I can't stand. When I return the favour, you people just can't stand it.
LOL! So terribly English. Irredeemably common - the hallmark of the English.
P.S. Wrong! English = Mick Philpott = chav. Being English means being a chav! Blimey! You are dumb, aren't you?
P.P.S. You dumb chav! People, irrespective of means, post on these forums to get various opinions and views (not judgmental insults!).0
