  • I'm doing quite well with my PP list this month with one more UU from my list - Le Reve Invigorating Body Shampoo. Will try my best not to buy this again, I have had this for about five years and glad to see the back of it but still have other stuff from the same brand LOL. It's an Aussie party plan thing; a bit like Tupperware parties and once you're suckered in other friends book parties to get more prizes and you feel obliged to buy something.

    1. BS Rainforest Moisture Conditioner 250ml
    2. Sanctuary Spa - Body Lotion 250ml
[STRIKE]3. Le Reve - Invigorating Body Shampoo 200ml[/STRIKE]
    4. Thursday Plantation - Tea Tree Face wash 250ml
    5. Schwartzkopf - Colour Protect Shampoo
    [STRIKE]6. Olay - Complete Defence SPF30 75ml[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]7. Elemis - Treat your feet cream 20ml[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]8. Clarins - Intensive bi-phase serum 15ml[/STRIKE]
    9. Ragdale Hall - Spa Sugar Scrub 200ml
    10. Evolu - Facial Rehydrating mask 50ml

    Start January 2017: $268,012

  • UU no 13/ beauticology gingerbread body wash. Loved the smell but unfortunately that's where the love ended for me! Didn't lather well and came out the bottle in a jelly-like gloop. WDNBA I do have another in the stash and other fragrances tol I think (got a 12 piece set in boots sale)

Thanks to all for the congratulations!

Can't remember if I'd said but we got hassle from MIL who after asking OH why he was getting married and being downright cheeky she laid on this big guilt trip of how devastated she would be not to be there

Now I don't give two hoots whether she's there or not but I do care about what he thinks and I don't want it to cause a rift between us and her so we are now getting married on 31st Oct :)

I'm quite used to the idea of it being Halloween now, and we wouldn't have changed anything had we actually laid down any cash, but we were almost good to go anyway so it's not like I still have to frantically plan anything anyway

As we have longer, I'm now considering an all inclusive wedding package at a hotel/complex and I'm cool with that, I'm just gonna make it as fun as I can so the attention isn't all on me :) and it does mean I can invite some of my close friends who are far and wide. And they swaying thing is that OH says we can get a photo booth if we can afford it lol!

Sorry for such a long, off topic post but thought you may all like to be kept up to date :)

Tell your future Mother in law you chose Halloween instead just so she can come in her witches outfit! :rotfl:

Thanks......she's having no control over any of it, lol and she's the only one who would want to take over haha

I'm actually quite liking the idea of (at the moment) being able to include more people (the friends and my brother and sisters) I know at least one of my sisters would have grudged me for not inviting her. And with my nieces and nephews there it means my kids won't be as bored.

I've got an ivory dress which is tea length and burgandy shoes, underskirt and shrug that will have his mum reeling enough (not traditional-I don't care, it's 'me'). But I'm REALLY wishing I could afford a dress I seen after getting mine (no chance as its a bespoke thing) no idea how to post a pic of it

Don't know if that will work, ah it doesn't! It's the tattooed one, I DO love it but I love it even more coz I know it'd drive OH's mum crazy, haha. I'm not really changing my mind.....this one is way out of my price range
