If the light is on there is a code stored in the ecu
also the engine management light should not be flashing on and off
is it this light?
A flashing mil indicates a problem that should be looked at now! a solid one is a warning that should be looked at as soon as possible. for example in mine if I stall the car or get a fuelling problem I will get a solid mil which will reset itself after 3 successful journeys.0
