    13 days have passed and OVO still hasn't put the money back in my bank account. I am moving onto the next step to reclaim my money.

    Thank you for the offer Lucy, it is appreciated but I prefer to deal with this, in the first instance, through normal email channels and in writing. If that fails then I may well take you up on your offer.

    Hi Lucy.

    I have discussed my complaint through your channels several times. OVO has agreed to pay the money back and has twice failed to do so by the date they stated.

    I have now written to OVO explaining the steps I am now taking to get my money back.

    I am investigating the possibility of selling their debt to me to debt collectors.

    Anyone know whether debt collection agencies will buy debts from Joe public? It would be so nice to give the energy suppliers a dose of their own medicine.
