ok, good , now you should get back an email from popla or london councils acknowledging the online popla appeal submission, also you will get a date in the first email back or maybe a later one from them

I have now received the defence pack from HIGHVIEW and there's a lot of talk about how parking there is agreeing to the charges. The truth is I didn't see the notices as I rarely go to that retail park, and I'm sure they weren't there when I last went.

Does the fact I did not see them have any bearing on my appeal - or do I take no action and wait for for the appeal in about a week's time?
