Tesco have a special telephone line for parking issues like this. I spoke to a very nice lady who went through the car registration details etc with me, saying she would be able to cancel it. Then she could find no record of my car on her system so it was not issued on behalf of Tesco.
in post #8 you inferred it was tesco, so now we have to assume its a different landowner and not tesco, so you need to find out the landowner and complain to them , AFTER you have submitted this popla appeal to popla asap

I know this car park, it's monitored by highview in both areas, but the signage is different, so immediately outside Tesco is highview contracted to them. The left hand of the car park is actually Parc Forestfach Retail Park, so the contract is there. So where exactly did you park?When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

So any idea who I would be trying to complain to as it seems I parked on the Fforestfach retail park side. I understand phoning up a store and complaining as I can say I was shopping in the store, but how does this work when its a faceless "retail park"?0
