Forget the receipt, its not relevent
Its all good to go apart from that, dont bother wasting your time phoning parking companies unless you enjoy winding them up
I struggle to believe there's anyone who wouldn't enjoy doing that !"The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -
Do it on the popla website, you can also send copy in postProud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0

Help - Sorry - I ignored the first two letters that came from Highview so the letter I have is the 3rd one where they have added on the admin fee - so it is for £125.00. At the beginning of the appeal letter it states about the charges of £70, but mine are £125. Should I be putting the details of the first letter they sent, or the letter I have now which is the legal action pending one, or does it not matter? Thanks0

if you have a popla code, submit the appeal online to popla , no idea why you are bringing highview or any debt collectors into it , or any of their letters either
just submit the popla appeal and wait about 6 or 7 weeks for the popla result
in the meantime, chase up tesco for cancellation0 -
I am asking because the appeal letter I am working off begins by mentioning the date of the charge letter and the amount. So I want to get it right. The complication in my case, and you gave me advice on this a few days ago redx, is that I ignored the first couple of letters based on googling old advice. I am trying to make sure I get the wording right.0

doesnt matter when you got any letters, as highview will submit them to popla
what we want YOU to do is send your appeal to popla , all you need to do is use their 10 digit code and any highview reference and the original contravention date
cant see why the letters are relevant myself , or the dates
just make sure your popla code is valid at the parking cowboys web checker , then get it into popla online and MORE IMPORTANTLY in time0 -
Ignore the letters they are again not relevent to this what so ever. The is no complication to your case..
You have your code, you have a winning appeal. Submit and forget itProud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0 -
Tesco have a special telephone line for parking issues like this. I spoke to a very nice lady who went through the car registration details etc with me, saying she would be able to cancel it. Then she could find no record of my car on her system so it was not issued on behalf of Tesco.0
