    And.... I can now declare ANOTHER NSD :j :j :j :j :j

Got a lift most of the way into town, so decided to walk home rather than getting the bus :D

Got my envelope money out of the bank :j Which reminds me - it's still in the handbag, must sort it out! :rotfl:

Popped into the museum on the way home, and saw some really moving short films made by local GCSE students, animated things based on letters sent from the front in the 1st world war. Really moving. Can't find anything about them online sadly!

All discombobulated this week - was off on Monday, worked Tuesday and Wednesday, off today (when I'm usually working), working Friday (when I'm usually off) - I don't know whether I'm coming or going! :rotfl:

Not sure I've done anything useful today other than those funding bid things (that was quite enough!!) Cleared out my hankerchief stash :rotfl: 28 is far more than one person needs! :rotfl:

Was going to have a bath, but feels a bit late now :o Maybe a quick shower...

Well done on reaching your NSD target. Are you going to set a new target for June?
    Goals for February
    Declutter 2/50
    Money Made £0/£200

Right, after shuffling and budget fiddling, here is what June looks like :D

    In bills account
£104 Car maintenance fund (Insurance, tax and RAC all done for this year, MOT in October)
£213 annual bills (tv licence and house insurance, due Jan, plus some extra for unexpected dentistry :o
£287 house repair (and overflow pipe already paid for :) )
    £263 no quibble weekends :D
£100 holidays (still building after April hols)

    All nicely healthy :j :j

    Added to long term savings
    £50 standard savings fund
    £27 from reducing gas/electric bill
£19 from spreading council tax over 12 months
£20 for reducing house phone bill :D

    = £116

In envelopes - from general budget
    £30 extra special food
    £20 household spends
    £50 treats budget :D
    £28 work bus fares

    In envelopes from my budget
    £15 meeting donations
    £10 gig
£15 slimming world (this is the LAST I'm ever giving them - it's a YEAR this month since I started and I've stayed the same since October pretty much  )
    = £35

Which leaves me £165, but I've now got course fees of £30 a month going out, so that leaves me £135 to last the whole month :p Easy peasy :rotfl:

In the current account is £699, and that has to pay for

    £50 diesel
    £160 trains to work
    £95 council tax
    £120 gas/electric
    £20 my mobile
    £20 union
    £52 water
    £15 phone bill
    £25 internet
    £12 national insurance
= £569, so a little bit of wiggle room for all the things I've no doubt forgotten :o :rotfl:

That all seems relatively in order... wonder what I've missed out... :p

Signature updated :j :j And I am just going to have a small moment of self-congratulation at exceeding my planned number of NSDs (by one :rotfl: ) and staying UNDER my fun spends budget by a whole £2 :j :j :j

Couldn't have done it without you lovely lot and wittering on in here every day :D (me, that is, not you :D )

Down to £170 spends to play with this month (but don't feel sorry for me - all food, fuel, work travel, joint treats etc is separate so I'm not exactly deprived :o ). I reckon I can do it - especially if I do actually manage 15 NSDs!! :D

thanks starnac :) i've decided that as soon as i get even half a pound below my lowest this time round i'm declaring that my target :rotfl: i'm so close now and bored of paying! also if i don't drop below that, whatever i am on 16th june (a year since i went back) will be my target :D

off to a spendy start to June... £7 diesel and £5 entry to conferency thing (including tea and cake so not bad!) on saturday

yesterday £3 replacing slug-eaten plants and £4 on (organic) slug pellets - not used before but have had enough of buying replacement plants for everything they've eaten!

aiming for NSD number 1 today - in office so should be doable :)

Well sadly I FAILED my NSD today, and it wasn't my own fault!!

(although actually, thinking about my cheerful little envelopes, maybe I didn't spend at all?!)

Took lunch to work, but we had someone new starting and the person who was meant to be taking them for lunch didn't, so the boss popped upstairs to ask if I'd show her where the cafe was... So I did, and as it turned out she didn't want anything, but since I'd said 'I'm popping over to the cafe to pick up some food, fancy coming to see where it is?' I had to buy something - although managed with just a banana for 55p :rotfl: :rotfl:

Ah well, try again tomorrow :D

(I do actually have a food budget so maybe I could take it from that... will consider... :D )

Right, NSD here today, and I'm counting yesterday too (and taking the 55p from my food envelope) so that's TWO already in June :j :j

Only declarations today were £2.50 donation - budgeted for and from envelope :D Took lunch to work and also got free lunch :D

Out on fieldwork tomorrow - have packed lunch and snacks :j :j Might end up with a cuppa on the train home but will claim it if I do, and a taxi home too :D

    All good :)
