Eek, our buyers are here measuring up and having a nosy and probably generally spotting all the stuff wrong with the house that they didn't spot before  SO wibbly
Mr Cheery has wisely done a runner to the local cafe but we couldn't BOTH do that
:rotfl: :rotfl:
Hey ho. We've done all the cleaning and fixing we can and so now we just have to be niceI have biscuits
But am still scared :rotfl: :rotfl:
Will need a stiff drink and a lie down in a bit:rotfl:

They might also be remembering all the fabulous reasons why they want it and fall in love with their new forever home all the more. I know when we did the second bit that's what we did and imagined more practically living there.
Panic ye not.
xxTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:
:money:Sleeves up folks.:money:0 -
I don"t think I'll stop panicking til we actually move :rotfl:
They've been upstairs for half an hour now - what on earth are they measuring?! :rotfl: :rotfl: Offered them a cuppa at the start but they said they'd have one at the end, but I just want it all to be over and done with now:rotfl: :rotfl:

Sends virtual hugs and rescue remedy and biscuits. xx
I know what you mean I felt the same way until we moved in - thought they might say no you can't have this house! xTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

They're still here
:rotfl: measurig every window and every alcove (I have given them tea and biscuits now though :rotfl: )
Poor Mr cheery will be getting a bit bored in that cafe :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
Just agreed to leave the cooker - does that mean i'll have to CLEAN it??  :rotfl: :rotfl:0

Well they did go eventually - actually had a nice chat :j all hoping it goes swiftly and smoothly and agreed to communicate *outside* of estate agents and solicitors if necessary...
Worn out after all the fussing though:rotfl:
Nowt MSE to report. 50p YouGov survey again this morning - only another 88 til payout :rotfl:
Went out to the farm for lunch - £7.70 between us. Probably should curb this type of thing at some point but this is our main treat right now and gosh as we feeling in need of a treatIts built into the budget once we move too (although obviously we'll pay the mortgage off sooner if we DON'T indulge...)
Trying to decide what to do this evening while Mr Cheery is out. No tidying up or DIY to be done for once! :j
Could take the car and drive out somewhere nice for a walk to watch the sun go down
Or could take a book amd a blanket to the local park and watch the sun go down there instead
Or could sit on the sofa with a film and my knitting
Or could just go to bed the minute he leaves at 6pm which I am honestly tired enough to do:rotfl: :rotfl:

Ooh, 42p Prolific survey and 102 sw@gbucks points :j
and a lovely long walk out in the wilds by myself watching the sun set :j0 -
Well, what a lovely day we'be had! :j :j
Did kettlebells video this morning (free exercise)
Me and Cheery went for a wander through the woods to a cafe and had tea and toast - spent £5.25 between us, not tooo bad.
Had a nice nap on the sofa in the sunshine :j
Went to a friends bbq, took some sausages amd reduced cake :money: What an excellent spread!! Sausage, halloumi, tasty bread, nice salads, and theyd also done sweetcorn, asparagus, fruit kebabs AND chocolate bananas! They definitely get my vote for Tastiest BBQ Spread :j :j
Then we whizzed out into the countryside to see a friend's Queen tribute band playing at a pub - excellent fun and SO many people  On the moneysaving side, they had a bbq which we clearly had no need of having just left the other one, and it was so packed we literally couldn't get at the bar so we spent nothing at all :rotfl: Fortunately the band were playing outside :j
So all in all a cheery, sociable and relatively frugal day :money: we could have taken a flask and picnic instead of tea and toast of coursebut still...
Not much survey news - 50p yougov this morning, I think I got about 40 sw@gbucks points for something, and got Mr Cheery signed up for Prolific so we can see about having a race to payout :rotfl: (I'll definitely win - he got fed up answerig the screening questions) :j

In less cheery news - the midges attacked me somewhat on my lovely walk last night and I am now sporting an extremely vexing bite on each eye lid  along with many others which are marginally less irritating. Been annoying me all day because obviously I cant put cream or anything on them (not that I bothered with the others) until it just dawned on me - anti histemine tablets! :j idiot
Think I've got some somewhere... fingers crossed...
