Do they now call you the Burger Granny?:)

The lady who used to live next door to my parents, because of what she treated her little grandchildren to when they came to visit, they called her the Fish and Chip Grandma.
    :D

My nephews calls his nannies "wii nanny" and "scooter nanny". My mum is the one with the wii and his other nan goes round on a mobility scooter

Jelly is doing the Dance of Money-Saving Happiness (it's to the tune of the theme from the original Hawaii 5-0 series).

    M&S voucher shop today, £25.34 down to £4.98 - an 80% saving.:D
    MSreceipt_zps3393ad42.jpg
I got the Eat in for £10 meal deal, and three ready meals. For the veggies, the Chargrilled Veg & Pasta is a good one, as with a bottle of wine, a £2 starter and any sweet £2.99 or over, plus three of the ready meals, gives a total of just over £25, for maximum savings.

    But wait, there's more....:)
On a previous shop I bought a couple of the Count On Us 4-Cheese Ravioli, and wasn't impressed with the quality (lot of liquid in the sauce), so emailed head office, got a very nice email back asking me to return the packaging to one of their stores. Which I also did today.
(I think it must have been a faulty batch, as I checked the ravioli instore and that looked fine, and indeed I bought a couple.)
Instore staff very nice, and despite the fact that I told them I'd bought the ravioli as part of a 3-for-2 deal, they insisted that they refunded the original individual price. So I got a credit voucher for £4.98.

Which by an amazing coincidence is what I'd just paid for my shopping in the same store.
    Result? Free shopping.
    So, happy happy Jelly:rotfl:

:T:T:T well done, now thats what i call a bargain:D

  • We had a reindeer sat at our breakfast table yesterday, I remember buying this for DS2... but had no idea who the girl wearing it was! She ate a full breakfast, was polite and thanked us... before getting a shower...I still do no know her name!

    Good work that man:)
    He'll be getting a mention in despatches:D

Good afternoon all, I'm not getting much chance to get on here at the minute but trust all are doing ok.

I'm sure you clever lot already know this, I know there's been something with Ariel online, but msm is now showing the 24 wash Ariel colour as being £4 at A and £2.19 at T - it seems to be showing the Aldi price for whatever for T too. So £1.99 for the large size if it compares like this instore.

EDIT Scrub that - it just literally changed to the right price as I was looking at it! :( Never seen that before.
    Hope is not a strategy.

These Marks vouchers always appear in Jan - (have for the past 4 years) They were great in the glory days as Mr T took them too;)
1 year they had a £10 of £50 for all of jan too..;) great for combining alongside the £5 off £25;) the pre total price glitch has been around for quite a few years:D

These are usually the only mocs marks tend to do each year
