  • Went bankrupt 13th Feb :-) just waiting on call from OR now but capping my pants!

Didn't even have to see judge for bankruptcy literally took 15mins!

Worried I'll have to pay back something to my creditors? But my out goings are more than £300/month more than what I earn each month anyway so won't have any spare money?

No worries, just have a word with your OR about your SOA, when they call.

  • Spoke to OR yesterday got my telephone interview on 4th March. She said it will only take 10-15mins as mine is a straight forward case.

All she asked me yesterday was what bank account I would like to keep open, date of birth and have my last 3 months payslips ready when she calls next.

Does this sound promising or no? Thinking IPA wise? :-/

Hard to say tbh, but remember an IPA is an agreement, you don't have to sign. Our specialist, debt doctor will help if you feel you cannot pay it. See what is said on the 4th.
